Couples and families
No two relationships are alike. Nor families. Yet, they all have some things in common—we seek trust, support, and intimacy there.
Are those needs are not being met? Therapy is designed to allow each of you to talk openly about distress you're feeling, disappointments, regrets, and needs. I will tell you what I'm hearing and seeing, and share research and tools as we work together to rebuild trust and intimacy.
I have an MA in Marriage, Couples, & Family Counseling from George Fox University. I've received additional training in Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I teach relationships groups, including Marriage Preparation for engaged couples and Marriage Refresh for married couples.
Fees
The fee for a 50 minute session is $120.
Sliding scale. I have a limited number of reduced fee slots available for clients who can't afford the full rate. Please inquire about availability.
Insurance: I am not in insurance networks. However, your policy may cover my services as an out-of-network provider. Contact your company for more information.
There are benefits of paying cash for relationships counseling: your relationship is the focus, rather than a diagnosis; and you control your private health information, goals, course of treatment, and number of visits.
